When I hit my lowest point, I decided I wasn’t going to let life happen to me anymore; I was going to take control. The key was starting small, building habits that worked with my body instead of against it.

No more extreme diets or punishing exercise routines.

I focused on nourishing my body with simple, affordable foods, like fresh vegetables, lean proteins, and bone broth.

I learned how to manage stress, balance my hormones, and finally get restorative sleep.

But just as important, I worked on my mindset.

I stopped seeing my body as the enemy and started treating it with care. Through journaling and mindfulness, I quieted the constant chatter in my head that told me I couldn’t succeed.

Now, I want to help you break free too.
